Belto
Terms of Use
These terms apply to the Belto app, published by Techtactoe App Studio. If you download Belto from the Apple App Store, Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies. By using Belto you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.
1. Using Belto
Belto creates AI-generated singing and talking videos from photos and recordings you provide. You must have the right to use every photo and recording you upload, and the consent of the people shown in them.
2. Not allowed
Do not use Belto with images of public figures, of anyone who has not consented, or of minors without a parent’s or guardian’s consent, and do not create anything sexual, hateful, harassing, deceptive or illegal. Do not use Belto to impersonate someone or to mislead others about what a real person said or did. We may remove content and suspend accounts that break these rules. You can report a video from within the app.
3. Subscriptions and credits
Belto Pro is an auto-renewing subscription, offered weekly or yearly (the yearly plan may include a free trial). Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google account when you confirm the purchase. The subscription renews automatically unless it is canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; you can manage or cancel it in your App Store or Google Play account settings. Any unused part of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
Credits are used when you create content and do not expire. Credits for creations that fail or that you cancel are returned automatically. Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred. Refunds for purchases are handled by Apple or Google under their policies.
4. Your content
You own the videos you create. You give us a limited permission to process your content only to provide and secure the service. Songs in Belto are original works; you may share your videos on social media and messaging apps.
5. AI output
AI results can be imperfect or unexpected. Every video is labeled as AI-generated; do not remove that label or present a video as real footage.
6. Disclaimer and liability
Belto is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be waived.
7. Changes and termination
We may update these terms and will change the date above when we do. You can stop using Belto and delete your account at any time in Settings.
